Caroline Lutz advises clients on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development and leasing transactions. Caroline has extensive experience representing clients with respect to triple-net lease acquisitions, providing thorough and succinct analysis on various leasing, title and survey and other issues that are unique to each transaction. Additionally, she also advises clients within the REIT industry with respect to servicing, property management and other landlord/tenant matters for both single-tenant and multi-tenant assets.
