Polsinelli is pleased to welcome Kevin M. Hogan back to the firm’s St. Louis office as a shareholder in the Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. He returns to the firm after serving as assistant general counsel at ARCO Business Services. Prior to that, Hogan had a nearly decade-long career at Polsinelli where he held roles as both an associate and shareholder.

Hogan has a diverse corporate practice with extensive experience in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and general corporate matters. Driven by his passion for problem solving and helping clients achieve their goals in an efficient, yet thorough manner, Kevin works closely with clients to develop and execute strategic transactions and business objectives.

Hogan earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Michigan State University and his B.S., magna cum laude, from Illinois Wesleyan University.
