Cliff Esher supports the practice with an emphasis on entity formation, transactional assistance, corporate governance and capitalization table management. In addition, his responsibilities include the training of junior associates, paralegals and case assistants, along with other departmental support.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Cliff worked as a corporate paralegal at three other law firms in Boston. He has more than 20 years of experience as a corporate paralegal.
