Jodie is an accomplished Human Resources professional with 20 years of experience all focused on providing strategic Human Resource programs to the clients she serves. Jodie’s role at Polsinelli covers all aspects of Human Capital strategy including full-cycle recruitment, training and development, benefits administration and people management. Jodie and her team place their primary focus on helping to make Polsinelli a great place to work for all attorneys and staff members while always keeping the firm’s vision and mission in the forefront.
Jodie received her MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University and her BA from Drury University. Jodie’s experience as a Human Resources consultant early in her career taught her the importance of always delivering exceptional results to her clients. This high regard for customer service translated very well to the demands of running Human Resource departments for leading companies such as JPMorgan and Accenture. Jodie has a proven ability to positively affect business performance through the optimization of human capital assets and the application of innovative practices and techniques.
