Jodie Hughey is the chief people and communications officer at Polsinelli where she is responsible for managing the strategy and processes related to building and retaining an exceptional team of professionals as well as acting as the champion of company culture, brand, values and benefits. She leads the teams responsible for marketing and human resources operations that collectively support the firm nationwide. Jodie sits on the Administrative Board of Directors and works closely with firm leadership, department chairs, Marketing and HR professionals to oversee client-focused strategic communication techniques aligned with Polsinelli’s core values.

Jodie holds an M.A. in industrial/Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University and received her B.A. from Drury University. She has more than 20 years of experience running departments for leading companies which has taught her the importance of always delivering exceptional results to her clients. This high regard for client service has translated very well to the demands of running two key departments at Polsinelli. She has shown that she has a proven ability to positively affect business performance through the optimization of human capital assets and the application of innovative practices and techniques. She and her team are primarily focused on building a positive company culture, brand and values both externally and internally while at the same time making Polsinelli a great place to work for all attorneys and staff members.
