Deborah Russo supports the practice with an emphasis on corporate matters. Her responsibilities include formations, registrations, city and county licensing, fictitious business name filings, drafting operative documents and research. Deborah takes pride in providing personal service to her clients.

Before joining Polsinelli, Deborah recently worked as a paralegal and case manager. Prior to that, she worked as a senior paralegal for Physicians’ Advocates assisting and supporting physicians with medical board and peer review matters. She has been in the legal field for more than 25 years and has a strong corporate and real estate background.

She has assisted in numerous transactional closings, maintained and managed more than one hundred entities and subsidiaries, including various licensing requirements in the greater U.S., and was the FAA closer for aircraft leasing deals on behalf of a commercial aviation financing company.
