As a Hispanic female, I’ve worked at other firms that touted their proud “Commitment to Diversity.” In many of them, the Commitment seemed to be driven more by client demands than a sincere desire to do the right thing. I’ve had an entirely different experience at Polsinelli. This feels like what a 21st-century law firm should be.

I’ve been at Polsinelli my entire career and have always felt I was provided opportunities to excel. Regardless of your background or position, the Polsinelli team rallies around you during highs and lows. Many say that is something special. I believe that is what a law firm should be.

Early in my career at Polsinelli, I was told that the firm encourages all of its employees to be their authentic selves because “you cannot provide excellent client service without being your authentic self.” Not only have I found that sentiment to be true, but I’ve also consistently seen that encouragement at all levels of firm leadership.
