Dylan Anderson supports the Real Estate practice with a strong emphasis on title insurances, surveys and other due diligence reviews. His responsibilities primarily include reviewing title commitments, ALTA surveys, zoning reports and various recorded documents on behalf of clients to determine the effect of said documents in relation to the client’s acquisition and proposed use of real property. He has extensive experience drafting title objection letters and title objection responses for clients and can guide clients toward effective resolutions to complex title matters throughout the country. In addition to assisting clients with their acquisition of real property, he also assists clients with their disposition of the same, including drafting closing documents, addressing various title insurance requirements, and coordinating with all parties to effectuate a smooth and successful closing.

Before joining Polsinelli, Dylan worked as a real estate paralegal in Florida assisting clients with residential and commercial acquisitions and dispositions. He has worked in the legal field as a paralegal for more than 10 years and has a strong title and survey background. His prior work experience as a paralegal also includes acting as a closing agent on behalf of a national title insurance underwriter, so he is well versed in a wide range of title insurance and escrow closing matters. Dylan works with title companies and closing agents on a daily basis while assisting clients, so his prior experience provides him with a distinctive perspective and advantage as he is able to anticipate and proactively address clients’ needs with respect to title insurance matters.
