Polsinelli recently represented Hightower Advisors (Hightower), one of the leading independent wealth management firms in the U.S., in its acquisition of Journey Strategic Wealth, a wealth management firm overseeing approximately $5 billion in assets under management.*

The transaction marks the first external acquisition into Hightower Signature Wealth (HTSW), Hightower’s national direct-to-consumer advisory practice. Following the closing, HTSW represents more than $25 billion in assets under management* across 27 locations.
