Polsinelli recently represented Synagro Technologies, Inc., North America’s leading provider of sustainable solutions for biosolids, organics and residuals, in its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Nutri-Blend Inc., a provider of biosolids services in the Virginia and Washington, D.C., region.

This acquisition expands Synagro’s service capabilities in Virginia and the greater Washington, D.C., region and supports the company’s continued growth in providing sustainable biosolids and residuals management solutions.
