Polsinelli is proud to host a young professionals roundtable in partnership with the CRE Finance Council (CREFC) this June.

In this higher interest rate environment, capital providers are seeking ways to efficiently structure investments.  The elusive “preferred equity” has become the break-out star of this market, as a flexible capital solution to both existing and potential deals.  So, what exactly is a preferred equity investment? In what transactions might it make the most sense?  How limited or broad is its application in the current market?  This panel of young professionals will discuss these issues and share some insights from their experiences with preferred equity in the past few years.
