Jake Levin presented to the Rocky Mountain Association of Environmental professionals on key environmental and permitting considerations for redevelopment and renewable energy projects. The topics included Clean Water Act permitting, state and local requirements and critical environmental steps when purchasing real estate, such as conducting Phase I/Phase II assessments.

Additionally, Jake discussed recent Supreme Court rulings, including the Sackett decision and its effect on the new definition of WOTUS, along with Colorado's newly introduced bill aimed at clarifying Waters of the State. The session also explored construction-related issues, such as tree clearing restrictions and endangered species protections.
