Polsinelli invites you to join a dynamic panel conversation designed for law students, recent graduates and attorneys considering a transition into nonprofit law, presented in collaboration with the Chicago Kent College of Law Not-for-Profit Conference. This program brings together professionals from law firms, in-house legal teams, accounting firms and government to share candid perspectives on their career paths and the evolving opportunities within the nonprofit sector.

The panel will feature Polsinelli Associate Maverick Flowers; Kathleen O’Leary, Assistant General Counsel for W.K. Kellogg Foundation; and Diane Kirmaci, Principal at Crowe. The conversation will be moderated by Jacob Zerkle, Senior Counsel for Arts and Wellness Enterprises.

Attendees will gain practical insight into the skills and experiences that translate across sectors, hear firsthand how others have navigated career pivots and walk away with a clearer understanding of how to build a meaningful path in nonprofit law.

The panel discussion will be followed by a networking reception, offering an opportunity to connect with fellow attendees and speakers.
