Francesco’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including the financing, acquisition, development, leasing and disposition of real property.

Francesco works with institutional and private lenders, developers and investors. He represents clients with all aspects of real estate transactions and advises them in negotiating, structuring and documenting mortgage loans and real estate financing, acquisitions and sales transactions.

Francesco also represents landlords, tenants and developers in commercial lease transactions for retail, office and industrial properties.
