Harmonia Sukhai-Peet focuses on bankruptcy and restructuring matters involving financial distress, insolvency and reorganization, including Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court winddowns and creditor negotiations. She conducts legal research and assists with drafting and case support across a range of restructuring matters. Her work contributes to the team’s efforts in complex restructuring matters both in and out of court.

Harmonia has experience in special situations pertaining to distressed asset sales and acquisitions. Her work also encompasses alternative investments, assisting the Alternative Investment team to draft confirms, sale agreements, participation agreements and ancillary documents for debt trades (both LSTA and private credit), for par, near par and distressed investments, claims trades and other alternative investment vehicles.
