Aerospace, defense, and government services companies face a diversity of challenges that disrupt typical business evolution and transform the industry on a regular basis. The ongoing complexity of changing regulatory and procurement schemes, increasingly aggressive government enforcement, and contentious competition from consolidating and global rivals present a host of issues. In addition, shifting demand intensifies the need to innovate and protect novelty, while uncertainty in the market paired with global budget delays put deal and financing activity in check while pressuring constant improvements in efficiency and profitability. To succeed amid these challenges, companies must anticipate what’s next and not just react to what’s now.
