eHealth – or healthcare administered or delivered electronically via telemedicine, electronic health records, and mobile applications – has become an integral part of medical practice for many healthcare providers and patients. Polsinelli’s Cybil Roehrenbeck recently authored a chapter on this topic entitled “E-Health Industry Overview” in Bloomberg BNA's health law book E-Health, Privacy, and Security Law, Second Edition with 2015 Cumulative Supplement.  In the chapter, Cybil examines e-Health business models, as well key regulatory and legal issues in the eHealth industry. She focuses particularly on the host of government programs that have driven eHealth proliferation and adoption.
