Regulations have just been published impacting the food and animal food industries. The United States is undergoing its most comprehensive effort to reform U.S. Food Safety and Security Laws in more than 70 years. The Food Safety Modernization Act was developed due to the increase in outbreaks of food-borne illnesses. How will the U.S. Food Safety Modernization Act impact the food and animal food industries?
