policies will likely receive more requests for medical or religious accommodations than businesses
that offer a weekly testing option.

That means employers will have to plan on directing resources toward handling those requests. But a
testing option also requires allocating resources, particularly when it comes to collecting and tracking
workers' test results and who is allowed at work, according to Davis.
