Speaker Announcement: Legal Considerations of Business Entity Formation

Polsinelli is proud to announce that Shareholder Quentin L. Jennings will be presenting at this year's Ronda F. Williams Continuing Legal Education Retreat on April 8, 2017. The event is hosted by the Mound City Bar Association. MCBA is the oldest African-American bar association west of the Mississippi River. It was organized as the St. Louis Negro Bar Association on January 7, 1922 at a time when African-American lawyers were not allowed to join the all-white St. Louis Bar Association. The organization's objectives are to advance the professional interests and professional development of its members, promote the administration of justice, uphold the honor of the legal profession and provide service to the community. The Ronda F. Williams Continuing Legal Education Retreat is MCBA's annual conference, featuring networking and social activities for attendees and their families.

The "Legal Considerations of Business Entity Formation" session will explore the pros and cons regarding choice of entity, and what questions should be asked when determining which type of entity to form.
