Recent CMS Flexibilities to Enhance Hospital Capacity and Alleviate COVID Surge

Tuesday, December 8
1:00 PM - 1:45 PM CST

On the eve of Thanksgiving CMS announced it was taking additional steps to improve the ability of hospitals to develop and implement its “Hospital without Walls” initiative. • Learn about CMS’s new strategies to address and enhance hospital capacity during the current COVID surge.
• Learn how those strategies differ and how they can facilitate development of true hospital inpatient at home or ASC inpatient expansion programs
• Learn what steps must be taken to utilize and implement these new strategies from a federal and state perspective.
