The physician self-referral law (Stark Law) is a complex regulation that prohibits physicians from referring Medicare patients for certain designated health services to an entity with which the physician has a financial relationship unless an exception applies. This webinar will present an overview of some basic concepts of the Stark Law, offer guidance on completing the Self-Referral Disclosure Protocol, discuss recent changes and updates to the Stark Law, and provide practice pointers for finding and using resources that offer additional information on the Stark Law.
