As part of the conference programming, Polsinelli shareholder Stacy Stotts will participate in the panel “What Does the Repeal of the Endangerment Finding Mean?” The panel will examine the legal underpinnings and litigation status of the repeal, the regulations that have been or may be impacted, and the practical implications for utilities and others, including impacts on permits and other regulatory obligations in the region.
