Jayne Pursiano has been with Polsinelli for more than 12 years. She supports the Health Care Operations and Privacy and Cybersecurity practices. Jayne's responsibilities include preparing and tracking Business Associate Agreements for the firm nationwide, assisting on various HIPAA related projects, backing the incident response team on many projects for client data breaches, such as drafting and filing State Attorney General data breach notifications, FBI IC3 filings, breach reportings to the Office for Civil Rights, media notice submissions and assisting on responses to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services-Office for Civil Rights requesting  additional information.

She also works directly with clients on drafting their Physician Employment Agreements, amendments thereto, and Faculty Service Agreements along with organizing Subpoena Requests for patient records. She also has experience managing large healthcare acquisitions.

Jayne has been in the legal field for more than 36 years, bringing extensive experience to the firm.
