Jean Donohue represents businesses in complex commercial litigation, with experience in disputes involving contractual, real estate and employment-related issues. Jean has experience in all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, trying cases, and drafting post-trial and appellate briefs. Her work is informed by a strong foundation in legal writing and analysis, enabling her to present clear and well-supported arguments on behalf of clients.
During law school, Jean was a two-year editor of the Temple Law Review and served the Philadelphia community by advocating for clients of the Temple Legal Aid Office in family law matters. Jean’s practice is focused on delivering thoughtful, client-oriented litigation support that helps businesses manage risk and resolve disputes with confidence.
