Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli is pleased to announce that it advised Australian marketing technology company North Star in its recent acquisition by Braze, Inc., a leading comprehensive customer engagement platform based in New York and with offices around the world. Prior to the acquisition, North Star was the exclusive distributor of Braze in Australia and New Zealand since 2016, providing sales, onboarding and customer success operations in the local market. Moving forward, the entity will do business as Braze Australia.

Shareholders Adam J. Greene and Frank Koranda led the deal team, which included Shareholder Jeanne R. Solomon and Associates Zachary M. Seelenfreund and Melissa Latini as well as International Tax Shareholder John T. Woodruff.
