Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli represented Roofing Services Solutions (RSS), a portfolio company of Dunes Point Capital (DPC), in its acquisition of West Orange Roofing (West Orange). West Orange is a provider of re-reroofing and building exterior services to residential and commercial customers with three locations in Florida.
