Justin is committed to assisting clients through the nuances and complexities of the real estate industry. He delivers a range of legal services including structuring, negotiating and documenting all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, financing and development agreements.
He has significant experience advising on public-private partnerships and economic development incentives, including:
- Sales Tax and Revenue (STAR) Bonds;
- Tax Increment Financing (TIF);
- Community Improvement Districts (CID);
- Industrial Revenue Bonds (IRB);
- Reinvestment Housing Incentive Districts (RHID);
- Wage and employment-based incentives;
- Real and personal property tax exemptions; and
- Numerous federal and state tax credit programs.
Prior to earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law, Justin received his bachelor’s degree in political science from Kansas State University.
