Polsinelli Advises Green Impact Exchange on SEC Approval of Form 1 Application

Polsinelli recently advised the Green Impact Exchange (GIX) on its successful Form 1 application approval by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This approval marks a significant milestone for GIX as it seeks to launch the first national securities exchange dedicated to the $35 trillion sustainability economy.

As a registered securities exchange, GIX will be a listings and trading venue focused on sustainability, serving public companies and investors as they preserve and create value, manage climate-driven risks and meet the growing global demand to develop and deploy sustainable solutions.

GIX expects to begin trading in early 2026. More information about this milestone can be found in GIX’s announcement.

Shareholder John D. Martini led the Polsinelli team in this matter, which also included Shareholders Kerry L. Halpern and Ari B. Lustig and Associate Matthew Rubino.
