Kevin Hyland is a shareholder in Polsinelli’s Real Estate Finance practice group. Kevin enjoys working with businesses to help them achieve their goals. He has the opportunity to do that on a regular basis as he represents banks, investment funds and other financial institutions in a variety of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

Kevin’s national real estate and lending experience includes documenting, negotiating, and performing due diligence for fixed and floating rate mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, and other financing transactions.  Kevin also regularly represents commercial loan servicers in a wide array of matters, including loan modifications and workouts. Kevin formerly worked as a certified public accountant in an international accounting firm. He also has experience in corporate, tax and general real estate matters.
