Kimberly supports the Commercial Litigation practice with an emphasis on anti-trust class actions, telecommunications, intellectual property and privacy cases. Her responsibilities include all aspects of discovery, document review, deposition preparation, hearing and trial preparation and attendance, and a variety of other department support.

She joined the firm in 1988 after graduating from Drury University.
