Lindsey Groos has extensive experience representing real estate investment funds, banks, financial institutions, investors and developers, focusing on loan origination, acquisitions and dispositions and leasing. Her experience spans mortgage and mezzanine lending, asset-based financing, JVs and intercreditor agreements. Lindsey has successfully advised clients on loan portfolio sales as well as on loan workouts, restructurings and modifications.
Her work includes structuring, negotiating and drafting both senior and subordinate debt, while providing key guidance to clients on commercial real estate transactions nationwide. Lindsey also conducts thorough due diligence, including title searches, survey reviews, UCC searches, title insurance assessments and review of corporate organizational structure.
