Lois Lawrenz supports the Real Estate Finance practice with an emphasis on Defeasance. She assists with all aspects of a transaction, including the preparation of the core defeasance documents, due diligence review, review and analysis of title issues, review of accountant’s reports, organizing and assisting with transaction closings and other departmental support.
