Lyndsay Cavanagh is a labor and employment attorney who helps employers navigate collective bargaining, union organizing, workplace compliance and employment litigation defense. She advises businesses on labor relations strategy, workplace policies, dispute resolution and day-to-day employment issues, helping clients manage legal risk while supporting productive workforce operations.

Lyndsay works with employers across a range of industries, including hospitality, manufacturing, construction, gaming, wholesale distribution, sports and entertainment. She also performs labor due diligence for buyers and sellers of businesses with unionized workforces.

In addition, Lyndsay regularly conducts harassment prevention training for supervisory and hourly employees, as well as management training for leaders of union and non-union operations. Through this work, she helps employers strengthen workplace culture, improve compliance and reduce exposure to labor and employment claims.

Her practice combines practical counseling, litigation defense and a clear understanding of the operational realities employers face when managing diverse workforces.
