Mark Sprecker concentrates his practice on real estate transactions and governmental development incentives. 

He represents clients in connection with structuring, negotiating, and documenting real estate transactions, including acquisition, title review, financing, easements, declarations of restrictions, owner’s associations and dispositions of all classes of real estate. 

He also represents clients in structuring and securing municipal and state development incentives, including tax increment financing, community improvement districts, transportation development districts, special benefit districts, real and personal property tax exemptions, sales tax exemptions and various state incentive programs.
