Mary has more than 30 years of experience as a paralegal and supports the Corporate and Transactional practice in a variety of general corporate matters, including the formation and maintenance of business entities, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions.  Mary is also responsible for managing the firm’s audit opinion team which issues nearly 1,000 opinion letters per year.
