Michael Hughes recognizes the importance of understanding clients’ objectives and works to support them in reaching their business goals. He is an experienced litigator who focuses on the representation of financial institutions and loan servicers in state and federal court. His practice includes matters arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), as well as the prosecution of contested judicial foreclosures in consumer real estate disputes. Michael has represented both local and nationwide lenders in numerous litigation matters.
