Michelle Patterson supports the Real Estate Finance practice with an emphasis on Defeasance. Her responsibilities include reviewing loan documents and pooling and servicing agreements, drafting and revising transaction documents, preparing and revising the departmental forms, as well as other departmental support.

Before becoming a paralegal, Michelle worked as a legal administrative assistant. She has been in the legal field for more than 15 years.
