Miracle Orji supports attorneys in Polsinelli’s Health Care Alignment and Organizations practice. She assists health care systems, providers and other industry clients with complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, as well as related regulatory matters.

Miracle draws on her background in life sciences, health care and public health to bring a multidisciplinary perspective to the business and regulatory considerations facing health care clients.

During law school, Miracle held leadership roles in student government and served as a staff editor of the Journal of International, Transnational and Comparative Law. She was also a scholarship recipient of the Intellectual Property Law Foundation and served as a student liaison to the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
