Monica Nick supports the Intellectual Property practice with an emphasis on electrical engineering and computer science patent prosecution. Her responsibilities include drafting, filing, docketing and monitoring deadlines, staying apprised as to foreign and U.S. filing requirements, researching, and other department support.

Before joining Polsinelli, Monica began her legal career as a Litigation Paralegal and then predominantly as an Intellectual Property Paralegal. She has been in the legal field for over 17 years and has a strong intellectual property background. She assisted in managing several larger client intellectual property portfolios.  She also has intellectual property litigation experience involving patent and trademark infringement matters.
