Nanci Williams supports the business department practice with an emphasis on entity formation, mergers, conversions, IRS filings and securities filings. Her responsibilities include entity formations, changes and maintenance, foreign qualifications and maintenance, securities notice filings, UCC filings, conversions, mergers and other department support. Nanci assists with all aspects of the firm's corporate and transactional practice.

With respect to real estate, her responsibilities mainly consist of real property transfers. For wealth management, she primarily works on asset transfers, and she also has several years of experience with Arizona uncontested probate matters. Nanci also has experience with Arizona liquor license issues.

Before joining Polsinelli, Nanci worked in a small Arizona boutique law firm for 27 years as a paralegal. She has been in the legal field for over 35 years and has a strong corporate and transactional background. She has assisted in several corporate and transactional, securities, real estate, wealth management and probate matters.
