Andrew Geha Rejoins Polsinelli Following Leadership Role at Project Fortress

Geha has rejoined the firm’s Kansas City office as a shareholder in the Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, bringing a distinctive combination of private practice experience and AI legal operations experience that further enhances the firm’s ability to serve clients navigating complex transactions and business growth initiatives.
Geha returns to Polsinelli after serving as Vice President of Legal Operations at Project Fortress, where he helped oversee legal operations and supported the company’s rapid growth as an innovator in AI-powered legal technology. His experience working closely with business leaders, legal teams and technology professionals provides valuable insight into the operational and strategic considerations that shape modern corporate transactions.

Geha advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, dispositions, joint ventures, commercial agreements and other strategic corporate transactions. Drawing on experience gained in both private practice and in-house, he helps clients navigate legal, commercial and execution-related considerations while providing practical guidance aligned with business objectives. Clients value his ability to understand not only the legal framework surrounding transactions, but also the operational realities that influence successful implementation and long-term outcomes.

Geha earned his J.D. and MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and his B.S. from the University of Kansas. He has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions Law.
