Polsinelli recently represented FairNow, an end-to-end, purpose-built AI governance platform, in its sale to AuditBoard, a leading AI-powered global platform for connected risk that transforms audit, risk and compliance.

This strategic transaction positions FairNow’s platform to further enhance AuditBoard's industry-leading capabilities with intelligent, automated and step-by-step AI compliance guidance.

Shareholder Prithvi Tanwar, Venture Capital & Emerging Growth Companies Co-Chair Matthew Eckert and Associates Hardin C. Cox III and Katherine E. Hanners led the Polsinelli team in this transaction, with support from the firm’s intellectual property, employee benefits and executive compensation and tax teams, amongst others.
