Polsinelli is pleased to announce the publication of "The Professional's Guide to Nonbankruptcy Alternatives," a comprehensive resource offering valuable insights into nonbankruptcy solutions. The guide was authored by Bankruptcy & Restructuring attorneys Michael V. DiPietro, Ashley D. Champion and Michael Riedl and edited by Christopher A. Ward, Co-Chair of Polsinelli’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice. Ward also currently serves as the president of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
"The Professional's Guide to Nonbankruptcy Alternatives" covers a wide range of topics, including creditor compositions, Restructuring Support Agreements (RSAs), assignments for the benefit of creditors, UCC Article 9 foreclosures and receiverships. It aims to equip legal and financial professionals with the tools necessary to advise their clients on the most appropriate and effective nonbankruptcy solutions.
"The demand for guidance on nonbankruptcy alternatives is growing as businesses seek viable solutions outside of traditional bankruptcy proceedings," said Ward. "This guide offers a thorough exploration of alternative strategies, providing professionals with the knowledge needed to effectively navigate complex financial landscapes."
"The Professional's Guide to Nonbankruptcy Alternatives" is now available for purchase through the American Bankruptcy Institute's bookstore.
