Polsinelli Represents Bulk Conveyors in Investment by Sky Island Capital

Polsinelli recently represented Bulk Conveyors, Inc. (BCI) in connection with an investment by Sky Island Capital. The transaction provides BCI with additional resources to invest in its team and expand capacity as it works to meet growing customer demand.

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Wichita, Kansas, BCI manufactures customized bulk material handling equipment, including chain conveyors, enclosed belt conveyors and bucket elevators. The company serves customers across oilseed processing, grain handling, ethanol, food and ingredients, and other industrial markets, and also provides aftermarket spare parts.

BCI will continue to operate under its existing leadership team and brand from its Wichita headquarters. The company recently expanded its footprint through a new facility that added corporate office space, manufacturing capacity and a dedicated training floor, bringing its operations to more than 200,000 square feet. The investment will support BCI as it continues to invest in its team, expand capacity and respond to growing customer demand.
