Polsinelli Completes Philadelphia Office Relocation to Meet Growth Demand
Polsinelli is pleased to announce the successful relocation of its Philadelphia office to a new space within Three Logan Square, marking a significant milestone in the office’s continued expansion. Since opening in July of 2024, Polsinelli’s Philadelphia office has experienced substantial growth, with attorney headcount increasing by 25% and continued additions across professional staff.
To accommodate this expansion and future growth, the firm has leased over 40,000 square feet across the 11th and 12th floors at 1717 Arch St., a property owned and managed by Brandywine Realty Trust. The move doubles the office’s previous footprint and can accommodate up to 120 employees.
“Philadelphia, and the Northeast in general, continue to be a strategic priority for us, and we are proud to support our growth here with this new space,” said Chase Simmons, CEO & Chairman of Polsinelli. “It underscores our commitment to the region and signifies the substantial progress we have made in expanding our capabilities and services in this dynamic city.”
“One year into the opening of Polsinelli’s Philadelphia office, this move reflects the incredible momentum our team has built in such a short time,” said John D. Martini, Office Managing Partner in Philadelphia. “We have grown quickly and intentionally, and our new space is designed to keep pace with this trajectory as we continue to build out our full-service offering here in Philadelphia to meet client demand.”
The new office is located in Philadelphia’s vibrant Logan Square neighborhood along the 18th Street Commercial Corridor, situated between the city’s major business and cultural districts. Surrounded by premium dining, museums, greenspaces and accessible public transportation, the new location offers convenience and connectivity for both clients and employees.
In addition to this move, Polsinelli’s Dallas office also recently relocated to the prestigious Old Parkland campus, becoming the first AmLaw 100 firm to open an office at the historic site.
