Polsinelli Facilitates Over $180 Million in PACE Financings and $235 Million in Securitizations for Leading C-PACE Capital Provider in 2024
Polsinelli is pleased to share a milestone year for its Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) financing work within the firm’s Real Estate Finance Practice, advising on groundbreaking transactions that advance sustainable development and economic growth.
In 2024, Polsinelli represented Peachtree Group, a direct lender providing permanent loans, bridge loans, mezzanine loans, C-PACE financings and preferred equity investments secured by various interests in commercial real estate. In partnership with Peachtree, Polsinelli originated numerous C-PACE financings across the country totaling more than $180 million and securitized more than $235 million. These transactions reflect both the client’s dedication to innovative financing solutions and the significant experience of Polsinelli’s Real Estate Finance Practice in navigating the complex legal and regulatory landscape of financing, including C-PACE.
