Polsinelli Represents Arvist Inc. in $4 Million Series Seed Financing

Polsinelli congratulates its client, Arvist Inc., on its $4 Million Series Seed financing. Arvist Inc. is an emerging supply chain technology company developing practical solutions to help warehouses improve speed, accuracy and cost efficiency without the burden of costly, complex automation.

The financing was led by Rackhouse Venture Capital, with participation from Kompas Ventures and Foster Ventures, among others. The financing will help support the commercial launch of Arvist QC, a modular, plug-and-play vision AI inspection system that enables warehouses to set up automated quality control stations on day one. This investment will also accelerate product development and expand deployments across the U.S., LATAM, and Europe, helping operators reduce costly shipment errors, labor expenses, and compliance risks.
