Polsinelli recently represented Blacklist Alliance, a provider of litigation-risk intelligence and outbound communications compliance technology, in its sale to Sonera, a compliance and deliverability platform serving businesses with regulated and outbound-intensive communications operations.

The acquisition brings Blacklist Alliance's established litigation intelligence and screening capabilities into Sonera's broader compliance infrastructure, expanding the reach of its technology as businesses face increasing regulatory scrutiny and litigation risks associated with outbound communications.
