Polsinelli Represents Gigabit Fiber in Majority Investment by Blue Owl

Polsinelli recently represented Gigabit Fiber, a Dallas-based dark and lit fiber optic communications infrastructure provider, in securing a majority investment from a fund managed by Blue Owl Capital’s (Blue Owl) Digital Infrastructure strategy.

Gigabit Fiber currently owns and operates approximately 500 route miles of conduit with high-count fiber systems connecting more than 50 data centers across its network. The partnership with Blue Owl will accelerate Gigabit Fiber’s growth, enabling expansion across Texas and New Mexico and strengthening its position as a provider of choice for hyperscale data centers.
