Polsinelli Represents Gigabit Fiber in Strategic Partnership with Lincoln Property Company and Tradition Holdings

Polsinelli recently represented Dallas-based Gigabit Fiber, a metro fiber infrastructure provider operating over 1,000 route miles of deep fiber and conduit systems throughout Texas, in a strategic partnership with Lincoln Property Company and Tradition Holdings to develop a communications infrastructure campus in South Dallas. This facility will deliver more than 800,000 square feet of data center and tech space.

Gigabit contributed 131 acres of land for the project, located in Red Oak, Tex., along the newly opened Loop 9 highway, strategically positioned in the heart of the South Dallas data center cluster.
